Candidate-reported interview process

So first we had a call, it was like a mix of talking about me and some technical stuff to see how I think and communicate. Then the final part was a bunch of interviews with different people on the team. They asked about leading stuff, stats, if I knew about the company, and health economics.

It was a standard first interview, mostly testing how you talk about analyses and communicate complex ideas. I met with two senior analysts who were together at the office. It included more small talk than I anticipated.

First interview was with two analysts, mostly behavioral questions but they did ask about my research. It was a really pleasant and cordial experience. The second interview was a super day with 4 interviewers. They focused more explicitly on my research, but behavioral questions were mixed in. It was again, a great experience.
