It was a really comfortable interview, quite laid-back actually. The interviewer spent the first 30 minutes explaining the role and answering my questions. Then, they asked me to talk about myself and my previous work.
I applied online and had two phone interviews. The first was pretty soon after I applied, and the second was about a month later. Both were technical interviews where they asked me about stuff on my resume, like networking terms I had listed. You should be ready to back up whatever you put on your resume.
I had a phone interview with my direct manager, who asked me some basic questions. Then, I was invited to lunch with some current team members. During lunch, they asked me some technical questions, but they weren't too difficult. I got an offer pretty quickly, and then I negotiated my salary with HR, which felt a bit strange.
