After viewing my profile on Linkedin, I was called for an interview. The interview was conducted via conference call with the competence centre in S. Africa. They reviewed the interview right after and let me know the result in two days. Most questions were pretty standard, even the technical ones about daily platform knowledge.
There were two rounds, a technical interview and then a manager's round.
