I found out about the job at my university's career fair, where I submitted my resume and also applied online. I then got a phone call for an interview where I was asked a few standard behavioral questions. About a week later, they sent me an email inviting me for an onsite interview. The onsite was more technical, and also included a couple of behavioral questions.
It was a single interview round with the hiring manager. They asked general questions about RF engineering and my typical day-to-day tasks. I was also asked to explain my background and discuss some case studies related to optimization challenges I've encountered.
The interview process consisted of a single technical interview with the hiring manager and some technical engineers on the conf call.
