Candidate-reported interview process

This process takes a while and it's quite frustrating. HR could definitely make things better. The interviews themselves are usually decent, but sometimes they don't really follow a solid plan. Needs a lot of work on both the hiring and interview side of things.

I applied online and then had a phone interview. After that, they called me into the office for another interview, and then I got the offer.

Interviewed with the Recruiter first, which was the initial screening. Then, I spoke with the Project Director and the PMO. The third step involved an interview with HR, which covered general job-related and personal questions; it wasn't too challenging.
