First there was a written exam, then if you passed the HR would let you know if you made it to the next stage. After that, a technical interview happened where they asked about your resume, subjects you've studied, and project experience. They dug deeper into the details of your project experience. If you passed that, it went to a final review, which was an HR review.
The interview process was thorough and focused on C, C++, and networking concepts.
I talked with the hiring manager. We talked about my experience and skills and if I would be a good fit. We also talked about presales and project management stuff. The company seems to be doing well.
