The whole thing from first contact to getting the job took about 3 weeks. There were 3 interview rounds. The first round had multiple people asking me different things in 1-on-1s. It started with the manager and then others asked questions back-to-back for a few hours. They each seemed to focus on different areas, but they seemed genuine. The questions weren't super organized. In round two, they showed me around, and then some more people came in to give their opinion on me. After that, the manager discussed the job and pay more. The third round was with two VPs. A few days after that, they made an offer.
I had a face to face interview with the test lead for this contracting position, which is long term. They asked some questions about my background.
Started with a phone interview, then went for an on-site visit where I met with three people. After that, I got an offer.
