Candidate-reported interview process
It was a multi-step interview process. They asked about handling various situations, including different levels of escalation, in different environments, and with varying information each time. Then I had to respond on how to handle those situations.
HR gave me a call for an initial interview, and then they set up an interview with the Sales Manager. I went in for an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. The questions were pretty average compared to other interviews I've had.
I talked to a recruiter first, then had one interview with the sales manager. The entire thing was done in under two weeks. It was pretty straightforward and getting started was quick and super easy. The recruiter seemed to have my best interests at heart.
