Candidate-reported interview process

It was a quick two-stage process, with one interview over the phone and another via video call. The role wasn't quite what I expected based on the description, but I had a really positive experience. After an offer was made and accepted, there was a background check and then an on-site orientation to get my equipment.

The interview process was very good and honest. They were upfront about the good and tough parts of the position. They were also welcoming and knowledgeable about the responsibilities of ADT. I look forward to learning more about openings at ADT.

I was asked to share examples from my past experience and explain the value I would bring to the company. The recruiter also asked about my motivation for wanting to join the company.
