Candidate-reported interview process

It was a very casual interview process. I had one interview with the branch manager. He builds good rapport and is upfront about your expectations as a sales rep. He gives time for you to ask questions and understand the business.

So, there were two interviews for the Residential Sales Manager role. ADT was really looking for new hires for their Boston office because they've had a lot of turnover. My background in security business and previous sales experience made me a good candidate.

Had one interview with the area sales manager where we talked about the job and what they were looking for. We went over my sales numbers for the year so far and what they needed to be in the next six months. They said I'd have a second interview to explain my sales process and how I'd make improvements, but I never got called back.
