Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite straightforward, with several rounds that involved both phone and face-to-face interactions. It was well-organized and efficient, similar to other companies I've interviewed with recently.

I got an email from HR asking about my salary expectations. I gave them a range and mentioned I was open to negotiation. After that, I never received any follow-up, not even a rejection email. Super unprofessional.

Application submitted, followed by a chat with HR. Then, an onsite interview was scheduled, and they covered travel and local transport. The whole day was spent on interviews and site tours, with opportunities to ask questions to anyone. It felt like they really respected our time.
