I had one interview that was pretty short, only about 35 minutes. They asked about my job history for the past three years. I got an offer about a week later. The job is sales-focused.
Phone interview then an in-person one. Pretty straightforward. They were very transparent about everything they offer and next steps. Very personable sales managers. Best commission based role interview process I think I’ve done.
My neighbor who works there referred me. The process began with a district manager meeting at a job fair. Then there were phone interviews, and finally, an in-person interview with the Sales Manager/employer at the company site.
