It was a 30 minute behavioral interview. Half the time the employee spoke, and half the time I spoke. I felt prepared for it, similar to any other interview. They also spent half the time telling me about the position.
It was a formal process using the SMART format. The interviewer didn't seem very experienced with interviews and most of the questions felt canned and not relevant to the role.
I converted from a contractor to a full-time employee at ADT Commercial. I was already on the team and in a contract-to-hire role. I didn't go through a formal interview process.
