Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a phone screen where they asked some behavioral questions. They wanted to know why I was interested in ADT, what languages I'm familiar with, and specifically asked about my experience with the languages they use. They also asked me to share an example of a time I worked on a team. After that, there was a one-hour technical interview.

So after I had 3 rounds with them, they made me an offer but then after 10 days, they withdrew it for no reason. Be careful if you are planning to accept an offer from this company. Not recommended at all.

A head hunter reached out and the whole process went pretty well. Everyone I talked to was nice. They showed me around the place. They're working on some really cool stuff. Unfortunately, I didn't end up getting an offer.
