The recruiter was late for our scheduled call and asked to reschedule because she was busy. I later realized how unprofessional their interview process was compared to other companies I was interviewing with. I ended up not attending the scheduled interview.
It wasn't too bad, I had a conversation with an interviewer and answered some basic questions. Since this was during COVID, everything was remote, and they even set me up with a computer to work from home.
The interviewer was very dry and didn't seem personable. They didn't seem to value my experience as a homemaker. They said they would forward my resume to the hiring manager and get back to me.
