It started with a recruiter call to check if I was a good fit, talk about salary expectations, and confirm my UK work eligibility. Then, I had a call with the team and the hiring manager before getting a job offer.
It started with a 5 min presentation about the company from a senior executive, then there was a 45 min exam which was unexpected and had 2 sections: 1. Maths and data analysis 2. Household underwriter scenarios. The exam was long and I couldn't finish it on time, but many other candidates also struggled to finish, so it might have been a test of time management. Overall the exam was a bit hard and needed good analytical skills for data interpretation and logical reasoning.
It was a decent interview with a moderate to difficult level. They asked quality questions. The panel was knowledgeable and polite. If you're an experienced professional with good working knowledge, you should do well.
