First, there was a phone screen with a recruiter. Then, I had to do a take-home test on Codility. Finally, I had a video interview with two engineers where they asked me some standard competency questions like 'can you think of a time....'.
The interview process was quite nice and relaxed, and the people interviewing me were super friendly, making it all pretty enjoyable. Overall, it was a really good experience and totally worth my time.
The first stage was an hour-long discussion, not very technical, mostly to check for role fit and go over my CV. It was quite pleasant and enjoyable. The second round was scheduled, but then the position was filled internally, which was unprofessional and shows poor communication.
