Admiral Group Data Scientist interviews, decoded.

It was pretty chill compared to a lot of other big companies. It started with a maths test which is pretty easy if you're confident with GCSE-level maths. The assessment centre was also quite relaxed, starting with a tour and some presentations before a group task and a presentation you give to one of their data scientists based on some data analysis you've done previously. The final interview was with a panel of three with questions along the lines of "what would you do if ____?"

First, there was a timed numerical reasoning test. If you passed that, you'd be invited to the assessment centre for a group assessment and then an in-person interview.

Two data scientists will interview you about your solution to the technical assessment. Basically, trying to understand your thought process and the logic behind your method, and then there are a couple of other questions to test your data science knowledge.
