The interview process had three stages. First was a recruiter call to check for fit. Second was an onsite interview with other Workplace managers that was competency-based. The third stage was done via Teams, which was a bit strange, and it was scenario-based. This felt like a lot of steps for a job that pays under £40k. They really emphasized being a FTSE 100 company. Some interviewers were nice, others didn't seem to care. The final interview being on Teams wasn't ideal, and the connection wasn't great. Also, the recruitment team wasn't very communicative, and I had to chase them for updates. The whole thing took over a month.
It went pretty smoothly, lasted about half an hour. Mostly focused on how I'd fit and some light case questions. The case questions were specifically about pricing. The fit questions were about why I'm interested in pricing and why I want to work for this company. Overall, it was a good experience and a pleasant interview.
The interview process was great. I received helpful texts and email reminders with details before the interview. The hiring manager and team member were encouraging during the interview. Overall, it was a slick process.
