Admiral Group Analyst interviews, decoded.

First, there was a phone chat with the recruitment team about my background and experience. Then, I had an online interview with the team. I didn't get the job, but the hiring team communicated well throughout and gave me good feedback on my interview.

So the process for this role was an online numerical test first, then there was like 1 to 2 interviews. The interview was about an hour and it was mainly on the technical side. The interviewers were super friendly and supportive and they actually give feedback after the interview.

I applied for a senior pricing analyst role and then got an email stating the role was more entry-level with entry-level pay, requiring office visits 1-2 times a week for the first year. I was taken aback, questioning why the advertised role differed from the reality presented post-application. I felt this implied I should undersell my experience or commute despite living far away. Consequently, I withdrew my application, finding the experience quite disappointing.
