Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a group presentation, then I had individual interviews with two managers. They just wanted me to be myself and see if I could handle basic tasks like typing and reading a script. As long as you seem confident and nice and show how you motivate yourself, it seems quite easy.

We started with a phone call, then there was a personality test, followed by a video interview. After that, I had to do a computer skills test and then a background check. There was some waiting time between each part before I found out if I got the job.

Applied online and then had a phone call. Then I went in for an in-person meeting. There was a 2:1 interview, they gave me info about the job and company, I did a practice phone call, and then I observed employees taking calls.
