Admiral Group Graduate Program interviews, decoded.

First, there was an application with questions about Admiral and myself. Then, I did an online numerical test. After that, I had an interview with the recruiter over Teams, which was about an hour long. I was sent a case study question beforehand to work on, and we discussed it during the interview, alongside some personal questions. Finally, I had a final interview with the hiring manager and someone already in the graduate scheme, where we talked about the company and personal stuff.

The interview process was very simple and straightforward. It was conducted online due to the pandemic. I never received any feedback, even after sending multiple emails chasing them up. It was disappointing because I would have expected better, especially since a big focus during the interview was on learning from mistakes/past experiences.

The whole process started with an online maths test, then a pre-interview written exercise. After that, there were two rounds of interviews over Zoom because of Covid. The interviewers were really professional and nice, and they gave me some good feedback.
