A recruiter reached out in early June 2025. The interview process was quite long, involving a phone screen, several team interviews, technical take-home tasks using R and Python, and a survey evaluation exercise. I put a lot of effort into the assignments and got good feedback throughout. I then had interviews with senior leadership, although some were rescheduled last minute. After that, things slowed down because of the company's fiscal year and budget issues. In December 2025, I spoke with HR about pay, benefits, when I could start, and notice periods, which felt like the end was near. But, there was no follow-up after that chat. In January 2026, the recruiter told me the job was closed and given to someone outside the U.S., with no direct word from HR.

Behavioral Technical

I went through over four months interview with these clowns. After my FIRST final Interview whereby their current ‘Company Leader’ told me that he ‘really liked me’…they ghosted me for over a a month then sent me a generic and robotic rejection email. A month later; they reappeared and arranged a first stage screening with me…once the ‘genius’ realised I was already in the process or was…she stated that they would fast track me to the last final interview; claiming that the role was frozen. I should have know because I saw that they made dozens of people redundant during my first round. Fast track to the second time round at the last interview with the same ‘Company Leader’ and another person in their HR Dept; it seemed positive until they again ghosted me after the period they stated they would advise me of the outcome. After chasing up yet again; they sent a rejection email that isn’t event worth the internet wave it arrived in. Never again…no wonder the entire company is tanking and I hope they cease to exist because clearly not one single person had any professional decorum or conduct. What a bullet dodged…a sinking ship…thank you!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process at YouGov kicked off great. I liked how it was structured and paced out. First, there was a 30-minute intro call, then a cool take-home assignment that took me about 10 hours, followed by a team interview, and finally a chat with the product manager. Throughout the process, the hiring manager stayed in touch, and communication was always clear and respectful. But, after I finished everything, including the last interview, the communication just dropped. I reached out for an update but heard nothing back. It felt like being ghosted after putting in so much time and effort.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The entire hiring process lasted almost two months. The first call with HR was a bit intense, but the following interview went really well. Sadly, the last stage was a disaster. I was prepared, but the team wasn't ready for my presentation, one person joined late, and we were moved to the reception area to finish. It was chaotic. I didn't hear back for over two weeks, even after I reached out. They finally called me for a rejection call. The whole experience felt disorganized and like a waste of my time. In hindsight, I'm glad it didn't work out.
