Analyst
I did their assessment and did well, but then they had me do final interviews with different teams. They rejected me, saying I was overqualified, which they could have figured out from the assessment. They wasted my time with all the interviews.

I applied online, and after almost a month, I got an interview invite via the welcome to the jungle platform from the department director. Then they told me I'd have an interview with the direct manager first. After that, I was informed I had to pass the HR round first. I had an interview with HR (they were 10 mins late and we spoke for 10 mins). I thought it went okay because the HR person mentioned the salary range and the next steps. But I got rejected two days later. Honestly, I don't understand the point of this interview.
- Tell me about your current situation.
- If you're in Paris, why are you interested in our company?
- Can you describe your visa status?
Senior Analyst
First, I had an initial call with the hiring manager where we discussed team fit and goals. Then, there wasn't a technical screener, but I was asked to provide a code sample. The final stage was a flyout with multiple interviews involving the team and other departments, covering technical skills, communication, and collaboration.
- Regarding a project you recently completed, what did you regret the most?
- Could you share a sample of code you've written?
- Tell me about your technical skillset.
