The interview process was straightforward, but they don't offer sponsorships, which is a bummer for a company of this size. There was a general salty vibe, even though the interview questions were the easiest. Following up with HR is extremely taxing. It involved an HR interview, a Hiring Manager Interview, and a Team Interview.

I interviewed for this position a year ago, and I still work here. The recruitment manager, Durdana, set up a call with me the very next day after reaching out. We had a good chat; she was friendly and warm and kept me updated on the next steps, answering my questions quickly. The whole process was quick, finishing in 12 days. I had a video interview with the hiring manager, and Durdana contacted me the same day with my offer. Overall, the recruitment process was great. It's a good company to work for, with a flexible culture.
- Given your experience, can you describe your quantitative problem-solving skills?

The interview and interviewer were fine, but I think the main issue was that I could only start 3 months later. My experience with Parvati from talent acquisition was bad. She said she'd update me on the results but I never heard from her. I followed up twice, and she blocked me on WhatsApp. It's unprofessional not to update candidates, regardless of the outcome. I'm disappointed with how it was handled and glad I found out now.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell us a bit about yourself?
