After submitting the online application, there was a Hirevue assessment, followed by a paper test and a DCF analysis. Then, a video interview was conducted before an offer was extended. The hiring process felt a bit slow because of the World Bank's internal procedures, but overall, the experience was positive.

I applied for YPP and went through a Hireview interview, but got rejected. The Hireview interview had a few parts. First, there were scenario questions where I had to pick what I'd do most and least. Then, a bunch of statements (64 total) to see which one I related to most, some were pretty similar. After that, a video question that took 3 minutes. Finally, a case study with 8 questions, mostly number-based. These case questions were kinda weird, not full sentences, more like keywords.

The interviewers were really nice and welcoming. But there were like 5-6 department heads on the panel, which I found a bit overwhelming and stressful at the time. Honestly, looking back, the interview and the questions weren't that hard, I was just feeling nervous.
