Financial Analyst
So the process had 2 main parts. First, an online assessment which included 4 games on Hirevue, followed by an online interview. Then there was a second part, which was an offline test. This test lasted 90 minutes and focused on accounting and financial modelling. Finally, there was an in-person interview.

Economist
The interview process for economists at the World Bank is pretty thorough. It really focuses on how good you are at economic analysis, research, and making policy. You can expect multiple interview rounds, some assessments, and you might have to do a presentation. They're looking for people who can work well with others, explain things clearly, and are really committed to the World Bank's goal of reducing poverty and helping the world prosper.

Economist
I sent in my application online, and after about 5 weeks, I got an email saying I made the shortlist. They asked me to set up a phone interview, which I had the following week. It was like a first screening, and after that, they invited me for a panel interview at the World Bank. About three weeks after the panel interview, I got a job offer, and I took it.
