Technical Support Specialist
The interview process started with a basic interview, then a chat process assignment. After that, there was a typing test and a Versant test. Candidates then attended a managerial round, and the final stage was a customer chat round.
- Can you provide examples of sales-oriented questions?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was quite lengthy, involving about 3 to 4 rounds of interviews. It started with a group interview with over 20 people. They specifically don't hire people using T-Mobile wifi, so having Xfinity was a plus for me. After the initial group stage, there was an assessment that included a speed test. The assessment was straightforward if you're comfortable with basic computer use. If you passed that, you then had a one-on-one interview where they'd ask to see your workspace and require photos of it, which they were very strict about. You also had to verify your identity with two forms of ID. The final round brought you back with a group to receive an offer letter. Unfortunately, after going through this whole long process, the training was canceled. The pay is low considering the expectations, and you must stay on camera during both training and while working.
- They asked about my workspace.
- They wanted to see my workspace.
- I had to send pictures of my work area.
Data Engineer
My interview with VXI Global was great. The interviewer was cool and knew their stuff, making it feel like a chat rather than a stressful interview. The panel was also awesome, asking smart questions and giving good feedback. They were professional but also really approachable. The HR folks were super friendly too, making that part easy. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. They focused on things directly related to the job, which was helpful. The interviewer and panel were supportive and helped me get back on track if I went off-topic. It was a really constructive and reassuring experience overall.
- Can you explain what data warehouse concepts are?
- Could you elaborate on database schemas?
Account Specialist
I wanted to share my experience interviewing with VXI Global Solutions. The process was well-organized. The first call gave a good overview of the job. The technical assessment was a fair test of skills. I had an informative interview with the hiring manager, and learned more about the company and team. Meeting other team members gave me insight into the culture. The process was thorough but moved at a reasonable pace. They communicated next steps clearly. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer?
