HR will call you, and right after the call, you'll find out if you're selected for the final interview. If you are, you'll get an interview schedule with the hiring manager on the same day.

Their hiring process takes place in a single day, on the same day you apply. My process was from 3 pm to 10 pm, and I was accepted. The issue was that they didn't tell me beforehand that I had to start on the same day I was accepted. They asked if I COULD start that day, and when I said no, they said it was fine, so I waited for the process to finish. They never mentioned that if I didn't start that day, I'd have to repeat all the interviews. I only found out after they gave me the contract, after spending 7 hours at their recruitment center, and after they asked me multiple times if I was going to start that day. Each time I said I couldn't start that day and would start tomorrow, they said 'okay,' but never disclosed that it was either start immediately or start over. They shouldn't have accepted applicants that day if they wanted them to start the same day, given the process takes hours. At least they should have told them they needed to start the same day they were accepted. Very inconsiderate.

The interview process took place over three days and involved multiple rounds: a screening, an assessment, a typing and manager round, and finally the Versant test. Overall, the rounds were considered easy.
