The interview was conducted over the phone from the initial to the final stage. You’ll need to complete two assessments. First, you have to go to the site and register. You will take the assessments there. The first one is pretty easy and is just multiple-choice. The second one is a Berlitz assessment, which involves responding to a call and only tests your language proficiency.

The interview process was not so good. I passed the exam and got to an initial interview. There were two interviewers, one I found nice, but I am not sure about the other one's thoughts on me, especially since I am a QA specialist applying for a CSR role. I was surprised by the rejection given my 9 years of experience and the fact that it was an account I had worked with. However, I was given another chance by being referred to the Billing and Sales account, and I passed the interview with one of their Operations Managers.

The interview process was tough and chaotic. We had to wait with a large group of people, over 100, before being called. The interviewers seemed disorganized. It was a mess, and then I just got a rejection email, which felt like a waste of time after all that.
