Customer Service Representative
It was a one day process. It was exhausting because there were lots of interviews to do in a single day. There were long waiting hours, but they set expectations beforehand. Sometimes, free food was provided. They also provided a free shuttle to the site.
- How close are you to the job site and what is your commitment to getting to work?

The hiring process was quite lengthy, involving about 3 to 4 rounds of interviews. It started with a group interview with over 20 people. They specifically don't hire people using T-Mobile wifi, so having Xfinity was a plus for me. After the initial group stage, there was an assessment that included a speed test. The assessment was straightforward if you're comfortable with basic computer use. If you passed that, you then had a one-on-one interview where they'd ask to see your workspace and require photos of it, which they were very strict about. You also had to verify your identity with two forms of ID. The final round brought you back with a group to receive an offer letter. Unfortunately, after going through this whole long process, the training was canceled. The pay is low considering the expectations, and you must stay on camera during both training and while working.
- They asked about my workspace.
- They wanted to see my workspace.
- I had to send pictures of my work area.

The initial part of the process takes about 3 hours. You'll have to do a Spanish assessment and a skills assessment, where you need to score at least 80%. After that, they'll schedule you for an interview with very basic questions, nothing too hard. The second interview was really disorganized; I waited almost two hours. If they think you're a good fit, they might offer you the job right away. If they say they'll schedule a second interview, there's a good chance they won't move forward with you. I think I didn't get the job because the role requires availability to work any shifts at any time. I mentioned I can't work Sundays, and I noticed she didn't seem happy about that, but that's family time for me. I also didn't like the requirement to have the camera on during the entire shift. The company seems very strict.
- Can you describe your experience with multitasking?
- How would you handle a situation with an upset customer?
