The interview process is straightforward if you're prepared. First, there's an assessment. Passing that leads to an initial interview where the recruiter assesses your listening and language skills. If successful, the recruiter will identify a suitable account for you and then endorse you for the final interview with the Account Manager. Passing the final interview results in a job offer.

It was a simple group interview, with 2 parts. While waiting, there was a typing test. The first interview was with a recruiter. She asked basic questions about my goals, then asked me to sell her my current cell phone. After that, she went over everyone's resume line by line to understand their previous positions. The second interview was the same: a group interview with the operations managers for each department. They asked the same questions and did the same thing. They then elaborated together and hired me on the spot. A drug test was administered right there after the hire.
