The interview was super straightforward. It was just a phone call. They asked typical interview questions, and one I really recall is when they asked me to explain how I'd give instructions for making a PB&J sandwich. It's kinda funny, but I got that they wanted to see if I could give clear, brief directions, which is key for my job as a tech support customer service rep.

It was a four step interview process. First with the talent acquisition team for basic screening, second with the hiring manager, third with a group of peer managers (although only one was present), and the final interview with the director. The questions after the first interview focused on the specific skills for the role and how my background would translate, though there wasn't a set list of questions for any. At the end of the interview process I was told to expect to hear back within a week. Unfortunately there was never any call back, and the talent acquisition team was unresponsive when I emailed for follow-up.

The interview process started with a chat with the hiring manager, then moved on to meeting with team members. It was mainly focused on behavioral and fit questions. My recruiter was completely unresponsive, I only knew his name from email threads. A recruiting coordinator set up interviews via text, which felt weird. The coordinator also wouldn't answer questions and told me to contact the recruiter. One of my interviewers bailed on a second-round interview. I emailed the recruiter to reschedule but never heard back, even after two months. I guess I didn't get the job. Going through multiple interview rounds without any communication from the recruiter is insane and super unprofessional. I can't even say I was ghosted because I never heard from them at all. Other companies' recruiters have been helpful, but this was a new low in candidate treatment.

Started with a recruiter call, then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, there were several rounds: technical, behavioral, and a bar raiser interview. The whole process was pretty messy and they seemed unsure about things. One person was late and had trouble with Teams for about 10 minutes, so we ended up on the phone. Another interviewer was over 15 minutes late. They gave updates every few weeks, and it took about four months to get an offer, but I wasn't interested anymore by then.
