The interview process involved a lot of questions about my past job experiences and hypothetical safety-related situations. They really get to know you as a person. I feel like they are quite picky, but if you show good character, you'll likely get the job.

Field Service Technician
It began with a phone call from a remote recruiter in Utah. It was a pretty brief chat, covering basic job details and a few questions about my background. This then qualified me for an interview with the field team, who asked more detailed questions about my work ethic and mindset. After that, there was a final meeting over Microsoft Teams with the district manager. This was the toughest part because their questions were really pointed. The team was generally very nice and respectful, and the managers were quite easygoing.

- Are you able to use hand tools and climb ladders up to 14 feet?
Field Service Technician
so first you'll have a phone interview, and if they like you, they'll have you come in for an in person with a recruiter and a field manager. They'll ask you regular interview questions.
