The interview process was horrible. I interviewed with them for a month, and then they asked me to create a slide deck. I made it and sent it in, but I heard nothing for another month even after I reached out 3 times. Then they told me they had moved on with someone else. It was a complete waste of my time, and the interviewers didn't seem to care at all.

I applied online and also got an employee referral on a Tuesday. Friday, I was contacted and had a phone interview on Monday. The HR rep was super chill and we talked a bit about my background. Turns out I was overqualified and the pay wasn't what I was looking for, so we decided to go our separate ways. It sounds like a great role for someone just starting out, but it wasn't the right fit for me. I really liked how upfront they were, saving us both time.
