It was pretty straightforward, with a couple of interviews that covered how the internship would go. Overall, it was a good experience. There were short calls, then two main interviews, and I heard back pretty quickly after that.

The process was really informal, and my interviewer showed up 10 minutes late with little notice. Could tell this company didn’t respect my time. Just asked about my interest and to gauge if the role was fit for me. It’s most definitely a mlm.
