& Process

The interview process started with a chat with the hiring manager, then moved on to meeting with team members. It was mainly focused on behavioral and fit questions. My recruiter was completely unresponsive, I only knew his name from email threads. A recruiting coordinator set up interviews via text, which felt weird. The coordinator also wouldn't answer questions and told me to contact the recruiter. One of my interviewers bailed on a second-round interview. I emailed the recruiter to reschedule but never heard back, even after two months. I guess I didn't get the job. Going through multiple interview rounds without any communication from the recruiter is insane and super unprofessional. I can't even say I was ghosted because I never heard from them at all. Other companies' recruiters have been helpful, but this was a new low in candidate treatment.

I had a call with the recruiter and then three more interviews with PMs and managers. People were really nice and made me feel comfortable. After the third interview, I got the offer.

I filled out an application and then got an email and a phone call. I interviewed with the hiring manager. Then I got emailed again by the recruiter. They kept me updated on the process.
