The interview was super straightforward. It was just a phone call. They asked typical interview questions, and one I really recall is when they asked me to explain how I'd give instructions for making a PB&J sandwich. It's kinda funny, but I got that they wanted to see if I could give clear, brief directions, which is key for my job as a tech support customer service rep.

I applied for the job, and since it was fall, it wasn't busy. I had to reach out to the recruiter, who told me the next training class was a month away and to call back the last week of September to schedule an interview. I did, and got an interview that week. It was a group interview, but with only two interviewers. They asked things like why I thought I'd be good at the job. They finished by saying if they hired me, I'd get an email with an offer to accept. I left, and before I got home, I had the email on my phone.
