Project Manager
So first there was an HR screening call, then a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and team lead. Both parts were organized well and I had a good experience during the interview itself. But then the follow-up was bad. They gave me a timeline for feedback, which passed and I heard nothing. After I contacted HR, they said they were still talking to the interview panel and would get back to me soon, and also mentioned other possible jobs. Two months after the interview, I got a generic rejection email that didn't mention the interview or any personal feedback. It felt like a standard CV rejection, not a response to someone who made it through multiple interview stages. The lack of communication and feedback made it a poor candidate experience overall. People spend a lot of time preparing for interviews, and timely, respectful communication should show that. Getting an update quickly, even if it was a rejection, would have been way better than a late and impersonal response. Also, it seems like they don't communicate well with candidates while still advertising jobs, leaving people waiting for updates. There seems to be a disconnect between active hiring and candidate communication.

Engineer
I applied for an Engineering job in Westerville, OH. About a month later, an HR person called to talk about the job and my fit. Three days after that, the HR person called again to set up an initial meeting with a few team members. Two weeks after meeting the team, they called to schedule an in-person interview. They were really good at communicating at first, but then they kept postponing things, saying they were still interviewing everyone, even though they initially said I'd hear back in a day or two. After the last interview, there's been complete silence via messages, emails, and all other communication, and the job is still posted.

Graduate Engineering Trainee
First, there's a test with basic Mechanical subjects questions. Then, a Group Discussion. Based on your score in the test and GD, you'll get a number and be called for an interview. Being among the first 10 students interviewed significantly increases your chances of selection.

Pricing Manager
HR screened me initially and then I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for four 30-minute in-person interviews. The first three were basically 'tell me about yourself' and 'do you have any questions for us', with no real interest in my background. The last interviewer didn't show up, which made things awkward for me and the remaining interviewer. I sent three follow-ups to the recruiter with no response. I eventually emailed the hiring manager, who called and let me know I wouldn't get an offer because I didn't have enough specific pricing experience. It was a bad experience, but pretty typical these days.
