Technical Coding

I applied online, and the first step was a screening call with the TA team. After that, they set up a virtual interview with people from China. This panel asked programming questions, such as writing code to traverse a tree. They didn't give me much time to write the code since they had many questions. They asked me to turn on my camera, but they kept theirs off. It wasn't a great interview process overall.

It was a face-to-face interview, about an hour long, and it was a really nice experience overall. It included technical questions, questions about my projects, and also questions about my personal background, education, hobbies, strong points, and weak points. Finally, there was an HR round.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online and the interview was in their new office. An HR assistant initially took me to a small conference room. Although they said there would be no tests on the phone, I was given an English and a personality test right away. While I was doing the tests, a HR representative started the conversation, and after 15 minutes, the team leader and manager joined. The interview felt awkward and lasted about an hour and a half. The HR person was aggressively unprofessional, and about half the questions were about my current employer. They said I'd get feedback in two weeks, but I didn't get any until the fourth week.
