It was a friendly, informative, and smart interview that moved quickly. They were very detailed and used lots of examples. It felt like a two-way conversation with manageable discussions about salary, benefits, and what's expected in the role. I did have to wait about 20 minutes because the direct manager was running late to start the interview.

I was emailed to set up an initial 30 minute screening with the hiring manager. Then, there were two more 30 minute panel interviews. Both were in person at their Westerville campus.

I was contacted by a recruiter and we spoke for about 30 minutes. Later that night, she mentioned the VP was really interested and wanted to talk the next day. I rescheduled my day for it. The time passed and after 4 hours of waiting, the recruiter texted asking how it went. I told her the VP never called. She later apologized, saying she'd accidentally set it for the next week. So, the following week, I waited again, and the same thing happened - no call. After another day of waiting with no contact, I texted the recruiter again about the "No-Show." She didn't reply for 4 days, then said she'd "look into it." No further contact for weeks. I eventually texted them to say good luck with their candidates and moved on. My view is that first impressions are key, and if they show you disrespect during the interview process, it's likely a sign of what's to come. I know I was qualified and had experience with their equipment, so being "No-Showed" by a VP shows really poor business ethics. The leadership should set a good example. I feel bad for the company if this is how they lead.
