HR screened me initially and then I had a Teams interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for four 30-minute in-person interviews. The first three were basically 'tell me about yourself' and 'do you have any questions for us', with no real interest in my background. The last interviewer didn't show up, which made things awkward for me and the remaining interviewer. I sent three follow-ups to the recruiter with no response. I eventually emailed the hiring manager, who called and let me know I wouldn't get an offer because I didn't have enough specific pricing experience. It was a bad experience, but pretty typical these days.

So, first you'll have a virtual chat, and then, if things go well, there might be two more meetings, one with your potential manager and then another with higher-ups. This way, they can really get to know you and make sure you're a good fit for what they're trying to do.

The first interview was a screening. Then there was a more in-depth check of experience and background. It was very professional and I understood the role and company well. I had a good impression. They said I'd hear about next steps soon, but I didn't. I was ghosted and found out I was rejected when I checked the online system. No automatic rejection email was sent when my status changed. After spending hours researching, preparing, and doing 2 interviews, this is a bad experience. Rejection is normal, but it should be communicated to candidates who invested time.
