For graduate trainees, the assessment centre is the most thorough part of the process. If you can do well in it, you're almost guaranteed a job. Dress smart for the interview, avoid very high slits, look presentable and appear confident.

The interview process for this internship at unionbank philippines had 3 steps: an initial interview, an assessment, and a final interview. The initial interview was about 30 minutes long and was with another intern. They asked about things like work schedules and motivation. The assessment involved questions about how others see you and how you see yourself. Finally, there was a final interview with the hiring manager where they mostly talked about the job duties and responsibilities, and asked a couple of questions.

I was initially called in and waited in the lobby before being interviewed. The interview focused on my resume and previous work history. I then asked some questions about the role, which led to a discussion where we asked each other questions. Finally, they asked if I knew anyone at the company.

I applied online and sent in my resume. The recruiter called me, and she was really nice. We set up a virtual interview with two branch managers. The first manager I interviewed with ended up going with someone else, so I had another interview with a different branch manager. After that, the recruiter called to let me know I got the job. They did a background check, and in under a week, I got the go-ahead to give my two-week notice. I really appreciated the help and professionalism from the recruiters and managers at Union Bank.
