First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Union Bank.
Banker
The interview process was great. All of my interviews were comfortable. I was given plenty of opportunities to highlight my skills. I had an opportunity to also meet branch staff.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Bank Teller
The interview process wasn't great. They used a script and it felt robotic. When I tried to ask questions at the end, they dropped their script and got confused. They didn't know what company culture meant, which made me think they don't do much for employees. They ask a lot of behavioral questions, so be ready for that, especially if you lack experience. I never heard back, and I wouldn't take the offer anyway.
