We had on-campus recruitment. The 1st round was a coding test on Codility with an AI tool that helps but doesn't give direct answers. It had one easy and one hard question. The 2nd round was a Technical Interview where they asked about my resume, including Java fundamentals, DSA fundamentals, and AI advancements. The 3rd round was Technical HR, with general questions about Projects, some sample LLD for a bus booking system, and DevOps. The 4th round was HR.

Behavioral Technical

The recruitment process was very structured and efficient. The HR team was very responsive and asked very relevant, sometimes a bit uncomfortable, questions, but this shows their expertise and seriousness. Also, it's great that the focus is on experience rather than diplomas, which is sometimes less common in France. On the other hand, during the interview with the enterprise sales director, I had a less positive impression. His questions were very general, and there was a lack of precision compared to the HR interview. This made me doubt the company's commercial strategy. Moreover, he showed a rather detached attitude, even looking in the mirror, which was a bit disturbing. This is why I refused the offer.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied in mid-October and first had a call with HR. After that, I was asked to interview with the Hiring Manager within a week. My interview was at the end of October. I followed up, and they said the hiring manager was busy with a conference. I followed up again, and the HR was on leave. Then, in mid-December, they contacted me asking for availability in January. I had a conversation with another Manager. Two weeks after that second round, I got an email saying they were moving the position off-shore. It felt like a waste of time to be contacted two months later just to be rejected.
