I got the interview through the campus career fair where they asked me c/c++/embedded questions. They asked me to come into their office where I was interviewed by each member of the team hiring (about 6-7 people). I was asked general entry level questions about embedded systems/firmware/wireless communication/my projects/testing etc.

I submitted my resume at a career fair, and then a manager called me to set up an onsite interview. I ended up speaking with 5 different people, with each interview lasting about 20-30 minutes. Since it was an internship, the interviews weren't too intense.

I had a recruiter call first, and then a few weeks later, the hiring manager called to set up an on-site. The actual interview was about 4.5 hours long, and I met with 4 engineers and 1 manager. It was mostly technical questions. The engineers were really nice and respectful, though one person asked some pretty trivial but tricky questions. Overall, the people seemed easygoing. The only downside was that the salary offer was lower than what other companies were offering.
