Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trimble.
Performance Engineer
I applied online and then got a call from someone in the Westminster, CO office. They said I'd get a call for a second interview on a Friday, so I took time off work for it. But, the call never happened. I asked if they wanted to reschedule and never heard back. They expect us to be professional, but they weren't.
- Can you explain how your background makes you a good fit for this role?
Product Engineer
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They wanted to know about my CV and projects I've worked on. They also asked about the programs I've been using and what I know of them. They also do a lot of personality checks. They would just have conversations with you to see if you'd be a good fit to the team and company.
- Could you share details about your previous work experience?
Engineer
It was a medium level role and focused more on understanding of the technology rather than book or site answers. But had to go through 5 rounds of interview tho for a first level job
