I attended a walk-in drive in Chennai for the Software Engineer Lead role. The office had a great atmosphere and the HR, support staff, and interviewers were very courteous. The interview process included 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round, plus an HR round. I made it to the second technical round. The technical interviews were quite challenging, designed to test a candidate's technical depth.

Behavioral

I applied for a Software Developer role at Trimble and was shortlisted for an interview. After several attempts to confirm the interview date, I received no response. On July 4th, I was informed that my interview was the next day, but I never received the promised confirmation. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I urge Trimble's HR team to improve their communication and promptly inform candidates if they are not selected

Behavioral Presentation Technical

I applied on LinkedIn and had an initial HR chat. Then, there was a group interview with the hiring manager and the tech lead. They were nice and professional. I had to prepare a presentation about myself and my background, and they also presented, which gave me a good understanding of the company's work and what to expect. The next step was a demonstration of the system I'd be working on. The process wrapped up once I got the offer, though I requested more time to consider and to meet the team in person.
