First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trimble.
Sales Engineer
The managers did a good job explaining the role and what they were looking for. It was easy to get a feel for the responsibilities. They were really listening and seemed interested in my background, which made for a good conversation. I liked that it felt like we were both talking and not just them interviewing me. Overall, it was a really good and chill experience.
- Could you give a presentation about the products you sell?
Sales Engineer
The interview process consists of three stages. It begins with a couple of phone interviews, followed by a presentation to several managers. The overall experience is quite relaxed and straightforward. You have flexibility in choosing the topic for your presentation.
- Can you tell me about your understanding of the Sales Engineer role and how your experience aligns with it?
Sales Engineer
The first stage was a 40-minute Google Meet interview. We started by interviewing the interviewers, then they asked about personal interests, hobbies, background, and experience. No update or feedback has been received since the interview, despite chasing and sending follow-up emails. It felt rude.
