It was a good selection process with tests validated by psychologists. They confirmed the schedule, position, and salary. They also discussed the activities performed, goals, services offered, and had punctual interviews. Communication from the company was good. There were 2 interviews, practical sales tests, customer support, a group dynamic, and an individual psychological dynamic.

The interview I had was in 2019, and the group session was really fun and engaging. Everything was explained in detail. It's an amazing company, totally worth it. I got hired and had the best years of my life. I'd still be there if I could, but unfortunately, I'm not part of the team anymore. If you get hired, value the company. Yes, they do offer growth opportunities, you just need to know how to grow.

First, there was an online meeting with candidates from various cities for positions in 4 different cities, where everyone introduced themselves. I was selected for an interview with the store manager in my city, but during the online meeting, she didn't show up and didn't explain why. Only 2 days after the scheduled date, they contacted me to see if I could participate in an interview again.
